In short, I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the end of 2011 or almost 11 years ago. At that time, I had been undergoing TCM and chemotherapy for 2 months. Finally, in April 2012, I decided to also try ECCT therapy. Everything went smoothly, and the following year (end of 2013), the cancer cells in my body were confirmed as inactive based on the laboratory results.
In the last 8 years, I spent my days volunteering for cancer patients, visiting and providing as much support as possible. One day, right at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, I had a small accident right on my left chest where the cancerous lump/mass used to be located, and it took a long time for the lump to disappear. Coinciding with the month of Ramadan 2020, I feel the pain that was once familiar, especially at night. Upon checking, I was diagnosed with pleural pneumonia, I was advised to see an oncologist to check the condition of my lungs and had to undergo a surgery.
April 21, 2021, exactly 2 months post-surgery, I feel great to be healthy again. This is my life's journey with cancer. All my medical reports are clean. My lung's X-ray results which were suspected of metastasis were also shown as cancer-free.
Right now, I'm very happy and want to share my happiness and experience and give as much support as I can to others. With His permission, bismillah, I hope that my short story will bring blessings and benefit those who read it, especially those who are struggling with cancer therapy with full and strong faith.
