A Childhood Defined by Cancer: Living with Brain Cancer from Age 4 to 15

When Septa was first met, she was only four years old and had several alarming symptoms, such as crossed eyes, hearing loss in one ear, a limp due to a tilted foot, a contracted hand, a stiff tongue, and an inability to speak. All of these issues were attributed to the brain cancer she was diagnosed with. As of 2022, Septa is now 15 years old, and despite over a decade of living with cancer, she continues to persevere. Although she has not been entirely rid of the cancer, her condition has greatly improved compared to her state in 2012.
